Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to Türkiye, but we aim to increase our shipping locations in the future.
How much is the shipping fee?

You can benefit from free shipping on all orders.

If you want your product to arrive faster, you can select the express order option on the payment page.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Usually within 24 hours, and on certain holidays it will be delayed within 48-72 hours.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

(customs delays, weekends, holidays and unforeseen circumstances not included)

Standard Shipping Time: 7-15 business days

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with the relevant information. You will then be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
What happens if I don't receive my package?

If you do not receive your item 70 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@lanteamour.com and we will either send you a new one or refund your money in full.
